
COLCA's After School Clubs are a great way to create more social interaction and connection with peers that have similar interests in a safe and constructive environment. See the current listing of clubs below.
Things you need to know:

Clubs will run for 8 weeks, October 16 - December 15.

Time: 3:30-4:30 pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri.; 2:30-3:30 on Wed.

Clubs are $150 for all 8 weeks ($50 due at registration, $50 billed in FACTS on November 6, and $50 on November 27. Fees are non-refundable once clubs begin.

Ms. Martinez
The softball club is for motivated Colca students in grades 4 through 8. Coach Martinez will be training the students in the basic fundamentals of the game of softball. These fundamentals include but are not limited to throwing, fielding, and batting techniques. We will also be focusing on character and team building, as well as instilling a safe and friendly Christ-centered environment.
BAKING & GRILLING CLUB​

Do you love to eat? Bake? Grill? Look no further! We offer just that! You will learn to measure, season, garnish and taste. This club will help you become culinary adventurers, discover your natural talents and become intuitive cooks. Get your baking -and- grilling on!

Elementary students will have an opportunity to work with this award-winning instructor to learn various dance genres, including hiphop, jazz, contemporary, and lyrical dance. In this club, elementary and middle school students will have team-like coaching and free time in multiple sports. Including; basketball, baseball, kickball, football, and soccer. Students are allowed to bring their own equipment if they would like but we will provide equipment as well. These sports help improve motor skills and dexterity needed for everyday life!

Handmade with Love focuses on using your creative God- given mind and hands to create beautiful and meaningful pieces. In this club, you will get a feel for clay materials and sculpt them into jewelry holders, bowls, pots, earrings, etc. Learn the process of design from building, drying, storing, and glossing. Express your unique designs and bring them to life.
NARNIA CLUB

Creative expression through free dance teaches students how to move their bodies to mimic what they see every day. This teaches students to think critically about the world around them and practice self-regulation for positive behavior management. The best part? There's no right or wrong way! The use of movement will teach them to bring their attention back to the body and have fun exploring.

Middle and High school students will have a great time socializing and making friends in a safe, God centered encironment while playing video games! Some of the games that will be played are Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Mario Party, Rocket League, etc. It will mostly consist of Nintendo games that are all kid friendly, and sports games such as NBA and NFL games.

If you know the sport like the back of your hand, or if you’re new at it, you are welcome to join. While elementary volleyball learns more of the basics, middle and high schoolers will be learning higher level skills and will be able to carefully develop their basic skills. We will be focusing on certain skills each session with the intention of putting everything together around the last couple weeks by playing games and doing fun drills with each other.
