APPLICATION PROCESS K5 - 12TH
Our Admissions Department is committed to making your family’s experience individualized, relaxed and personal. Take time to carefully review the steps listed below to aid you through the Admissions process.
Complete our online Inquiry Form to let us know of your interest, or contact our Admissions Office so we can answer your specific questions and help you to learn more about City of Life Christian Academy.
We encourage families to visit our beautiful campus and see our programs and educational opportunities in action. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a campus tour, to do so we do require Step 1 be done if Step 3 is not started yet. This can be scheduled as a "Tour Only" appointment, or combined to also meet with one of our School Administration which is required to complete our Admissions process.
Complete an admissions application. By completing the application form and submitting the non-refundable $75 application fee*, you will be assigned an admissions checklist outlining supporting documents to submit in consideration for admission. After we receive your application, your child will be added to our candidate pool for the grade in which they are applying.
* Family application fees are: $75 = first one, $50 = second, $25 = each application after.
Carefully review the admission checklist assigned to you in the application portal. You will be able to request Teacher/School recommendations via email. Be sure to have the appropriate recommenders' contact emails. Additionally, the following academic records and additional supporting documents will need to be submitted:
Copy of recent standardized test results
Copy of most recent report card or transcripts
Copy of year-end grades from previous school year
If necessary, we will contact you to schedule on-campus testing.
Our Admissions Office will review all submitted materials and, once a decision is made, we will send you an email correspondence regarding your admissions status and next steps.
